Signet Denim Private Limited (SDPL) was formerly known as Stuti Spinners Private Limited. As per its credit rating, the company undertook a Greenfield project for setting up 120 air-jet looms for manufacturing denim fabrics in Surat. SDPL purchases yarn from outside, and weaving, dyeing, and finishing of denim fabric is done at its manufacturing unit, which has an installed capacity of 168 Lacs Meters Per Annum (LMPA). It offers products such as denim nostalgia, denim ROYL, SUGR denim, and many more. The company was incorporated in 2015 and has its registered office located in Bhilwara, Rajasthan.
